These terms describe use of the tools and information at Metro Research. The core tools currently work without an account or a payment.

Your content and permissions

You keep your rights to files and text you use. Only process or share content you have permission to use. You are responsible for the information placed in QR codes, meeting links and downloaded files.

Check results before relying on them

Inspect downloaded images for quality, dimensions and file size. Check every screenshot redaction and scan QR codes before printing. Confirm meeting dates and local times with participants before making arrangements. Browser, device and destination-app behavior can vary.

Availability and limitations

Tools are provided as available, without a promise that every input will work or that service will be uninterrupted. Image compression may reduce quality or resolution. Keep originals and backups. Descriptions of limitations appear on individual tool pages.

Responsible use

Do not use the site to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material, deceive recipients or interfere with the service. Do not misrepresent a generated contact or QR destination as belonging to someone else.

Third-party services

A QR code, shared URL or guide link may lead to another provider. That provider’s terms and privacy practices apply once you visit it. Metro Research is not affiliated with the platforms named in examples.

Privacy and changes

See our Privacy Policy for data handling. Tools and these terms may change as the service develops. Questions can be sent through our contact page. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
