Quality & Corrections Policy
Updated 21 October 2026 · Metro Research
Metro Research publishes tools and supporting instructions for everyday digital tasks. We aim to explain what each tool does, where its limits are, and how to check the result.
Describe the actual tool
Instructions should match available controls. A size target is only described as met when the actual encoded file meets the byte limit. Screenshot exports flatten manual edits; they do not automatically find private details. QR codes are static, and meeting links do not send email invitations.
Examples and illustrations
Sample screenshots, sample files and homepage graphics are illustrative examples. They are not customer records, testimonials or promises that every input will produce the same reduction. The tool’s displayed result is specific to your own settings and file.
Practical checks
Release checks cover representative image exports, redacted pixels, social ZIP files, QR decoding, meeting links, calendar times, mobile layouts and page metadata. This does not replace your review of an important output. Different devices may behave differently.
Corrections
Report a problem through Contact with the page, browser, expected behavior and reproducible steps. Avoid private files. We will update the relevant instructions or implementation when a confirmed issue needs correction.
Independence and advertising
There are currently no paid tool rankings, display ads or affiliate links on this site. If advertising or sponsorship is introduced, it should be clearly distinguished from tools and editorial instructions. Advertising does not establish a guarantee of a product’s quality or results.
